My Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter is not recognized on my console. What can I do?
So I've just bought my Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter last week and it was just working fine for about three days. Now display adapter is a "red light" and when I run "Test Connection" is the result displayed wirless adapter is not connected. But it is easy to read and that is. Before I would would back to the console and the adapter at a red traffic light then in a few Seconds green, indicating it is connected. Nothing is wrong with my router linsys. It is simply not Detected as connected to my console. Do you think it is a Hardware problem and if I would work it exchanges with other Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter it?
The steady red light usually means "hardware failure." In your case, it is your adapter on your console. Attempt to see the adapter in the jam, if this works. If not, I would exchange it for a new one.
